Our Director of Case Management and Senior Paralegal, Kim Turner has dedicated over 30 years of experience in personal injury law. She heads up Rush Injury Law’s Pre-Litigation Department. Kim has helped thousands of injured plaintiffs in the last 3 decades, ensuring that each person receives the highest quality medical care and dedicated personal attention during their recovery. She is married and lives in Novato with her husband, school age daughter, dog and 3 cats. When she is not working, Kim enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, cooking and has an interest in traveling in the future to see different parts of the world.

Allie is the Senior Litigation Paralegal at Rush Injury Law. Prior to coming to Rush Injury Law, she worked at a most prestigious and well-known personal injury law firm in the Sacramento area. She lives in Rodeo with her fiancé and their dog, Storm. When Allie is not at the office she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, cooking or socializing with family and friends.

Tammy came to Rush Injury Law as a Case Manager in 2017 after working 17 years as a casualty adjuster with Nationwide Insurance, one of the largest insurance companies in America. She lives in Windsor, with her husband and two cats. She enjoys Korean dramas, craft beers and camping.

Maria is a Legal Assistant at Rush Injury Law and heads of the case intake process at the firm. Maria is bilingual in Spanish and English. She has years of front line law office experience helping clients navigate their treatment and recovery. She lives in Richmond, California with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time family.
